Typing Recipes for a Cookbook

I have over 100 recipes that need to be typed into a Word document using a specific template I have.
Key requirements:

- Microsoft Word Proficiency: The freelancer should be proficient in using Word and able to follow the provided template precisely.
- Attention to Detail: It's crucial to ensure every recipe is typed exactly as it appears in the original, with no errors.
- Timeliness: The project must be completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Formatting Consistency: Ability to maintain consistent formatting throughout the document.
- Confidentiality: Agree to keep the recipes and any associated information confidential.

Once a draft is done, I would like control of the files to keep editing it myself if necessary without having to return to you for every minor change, thats why we would use a common identical format
