Designed for Sinotruk HOWO and Mack trucks with trailers

Fleet Overview:
Sinotruk HOWO: Double axle trucks (10 tyres) with 3-axle trailers (12 tyres), operating for 6 years
Mack Trucks: Double axle trucks (10 tyres) with 3-axle trailers (12 tyres), older fleet, higher breakdown rate

Your Task Includes:
1. Maintenance Schedule (per Odometer Reading):
Auto-triggers maintenance at 5,000 km and 10,000 km
Must reset automatically after service input
Actions include oil changes, filters, greasing, suspension, electrical, tyres, etc.
2. Component Life Span Sheet:
Include expected service/replacement mileage for:
Alternators, nozzles, clutches, injectors, batteries, tyres, brake pads, etc.
Differentiate life span for HOWO (6-year) and older Mack trucks
3. Breakdown Prevention & Inspection Checklist:
Checklist for daily, weekly, and pre-dispatch inspections
Tips to catch common failure points before they occur
4. Interactive & User-Friendly Format:
Excel or Google Sheets (must be shared and editable)
Can also propose a simple app or dashboard
Includes fields to input:
Current odometer reading
What was done
Date, mechanic name, next due km
