Create an Access database to manage the flow of translation jobs.
Coordinators will access the database on a remote server to enter information about new jobs.
Active jobs should be shown on a dashboard. Once delivered they should be archived.
It should be possible to select various data sets, e.g. all translations completed in a given month or between specific dates. Alternatively, all translations completed by a specific translator in a given month or between specific dates.
