Translate Report, Recreate Mixed Tables
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I have a Spanish-language statistical report stored in an Excel sheet. Every narrative paragraph, every numerical grid, and every embedded chart has to move seamlessly into English while keeping the same structure and integrity.
What this involves
• Translate all written content within the workbook, including headings, captions, footnotes and any explanatory notes.
• Recreate each mixed data table—both the raw numbers and the accompanying charts—so the layout, formulas and visual style mirror the original. I want the English version to feel like a direct twin of the Spanish file, just in a new language.
• Preserve cell formats, conditional formatting, chart colours and any underlying calculations so the data remains fully editable.
Acceptance criteria
• Final Excel workbook delivered in .xlsx with separate sheets for Spanish original and English translation.
• Text translated with no machine-translation artefacts; terminology should read naturally to a native English reader.
• All numbers, formulas and chart values verified against the source to ensure nothing shifts during the conversion.
If you regularly juggle translation and advanced Excel formatting, this should be straightforward. Send a brief note on similar bilingual data projects you’ve handled and an estimated turnaround time, and we can get started right away.
