A set of scanned images will be provided and every word on them needs to be faithfully re-typed, then saved as a clean PDF. No elaborate layout work is required—just reproduce the original text with the same spelling, punctuation, and obvious line breaks.
The scans arrive in high-resolution JPG format through a shared link. Once the typing is finished, export the work to PDF and double-check for errors rather than relying on raw OCR output.
Deliverables
• Proof-read, error-free PDF that mirrors the source text
• (Optional but appreciated) the editable file used for typing in case minor tweaks are needed
Accuracy is the top priority, so flag any unclear characters instead of guessing. Turnaround after receiving the images is two days or sooner.
