Transcribe Handwritten Notes
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of neatly written handwritten notes that I need captured in a clean, error-free plain text format. The handwriting is clear and consistent, so the focus is on speed, precision, and faithful transcription rather than deciphering difficult script.
What I need from you:
• Read each page carefully and type the content exactly as written, preserving capitalization, punctuation, and any simple headings.
• Deliver the final work as UTF-8 encoded .txt files—one file per original page (or another logical structure if you can suggest a better approach).
• Proofread your own work before delivery so I receive polished text that is ready for direct use. Minor spelling or punctuation inconsistencies in the original should be corrected only when they are clearly inadvertent.
I’m flexible on the tool you use—Word, Google Docs, or a dedicated transcription app—so long as the final output is plain text. If you have experience with bulk typing, OCR cleanup, or transcription QA workflows, please note that in your bid.
Turnaround is important to me; let me know how many pages you can process per day and your estimated completion date once I share the sample. I will supply high-resolution scans as soon as we start.
