Transcribe Handwritten Notes

I have a batch of handwritten notes that need to be faithfully converted into clean, well-formatted digital text. The pages are already scanned and organized as high-resolution PDFs; your job is to read each page and accurately type the content into a Word or Google Docs file, preserving original spelling, punctuation, and any simple layout cues such as headings or bullet points.

Accuracy matters more than speed: I will cross-check samples against the originals, so please proofread before submitting. Feel free to use basic OCR as a starting point if you like, but every line must ultimately be verified by human eyes—these notes include quick cursive and occasional shorthand that automated tools often misread.

Deliverable: a single, neatly formatted document (Word . docx or shared Google Doc) containing the full text, in the original order, ready for search and further editing.
