Tireless Intake Specialist for PI Firm

We are looking for an attentive, experienced, and TIRELESS person to join our intake team handling our telephonic and digital marketing client leads and inquiries. This position requires someone that is HIGHLY MOTIVATED to succeed and is the the ultimate “people person” that can naturally connect with potential clients with the goal of encouraging the potential clients to retain our law firm by understanding our law firm and communicating to the potential client why it stands out. This position requires someone to be compassionate, empathetic, yet persuasive. The applicant needs to be immediately responsive to incoming leads, outgoing, organized, and able to manage a high volume of daily leads and stay organized by doing the following:

· Immediate reply to contact form submissions from potential clients at all hours of the day

· Be able to quickly evaluate potential clients to determine whether it is a case the law firm can assist with

· Retain potential clients or continue to follow up with potential clients until they retain our law firm

· Be tech savvy and stay organized and updated on all potential leads through experience in lead management software like lead docket and/or keep organized spreadsheets of all pending potential clients and retained clients.

· Ensure the potential clients properly retain the law firm by signing all necessary retainer documents and submitting the necessary information

· Strong organization skills

· Strong computer skills

· Excellent verbal sills

Prior personal injury and/or sales experience, as well as being bilingual and being able to speak Spanish would be a huge plus

The applicant must be prepared spending hours every day communicating with potential clients and encouraging them to retain our law firm.

We are looking for someone that wants exclusive long-term employment and can work weekends.
