Three-Generation Genogram with Medical Details
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, professionally laid-out genogram for a school assignment. It must map out three full generations on both sides of my family, using standard genogram symbols to show marriages, separations, births, deaths, adoptions, and any other key relationship events. Alongside each individual, please annotate the relevant medical information—major diagnoses, hereditary conditions, or significant health events—so it is instantly clear where patterns or risks appear across the lineage.
I’ll supply the raw family data (names, dates, relationships, and health notes) in a spreadsheet as soon as we start. What I need back is:
• A high-resolution PDF ready to drop into a presentation
• The editable source file from the software you choose (GenoPro, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent) in case my instructor asks for tweaks
• A concise legend explaining every symbol and colour you use
