Text entry and Google Sheet -- 2

I have a batch of product information locked away in several PDFs and Word files, and I simply need it transfered into a Google Sheet with absolute accuracy. No cleaning or re-formatting is required—the data is already organised; it just has to land in the right columns exactly as it appears.

You’ll receive direct access to the source documents along with a blank Google Sheet that already contains the column headers (SKU, product name, description, price, etc.). All I’m looking for is meticulous copy-and-paste or re-typing, a quick double-check that every field is filled, and an update back to me once the sheet is complete. Google Sheets familiarity is essential so you can move swiftly without introducing errors.

The task is straightforward, but precision matters: every product must be entered, nothing skipped, nothing duplicated. Once you ping me that the sheet is finished, I’ll spot-check a few rows; if everything lines up with the originals we’re done, and I release full approval right away. Turnaround is flexible yet prompt—I’d like to wrap this up within a day or two of assigning.
