I have a collection of plain text documents that need to be polished into clean, consistently formatted files. Your main responsibility will be to apply headings, styles, bullet lists, and spacing so each document looks professional and is ready for immediate use. No spreadsheets or PDFs are involved—everything stays inside standard text files (primarily Word).

Accuracy matters just as much as speed, so you should be comfortable copy-typing short snippets where necessary and performing light data sorting within the documents (re-ordering sections, grouping paragraphs, renaming files, etc.). Microsoft Word or a comparable word-processing tool is essential; familiarity with track changes is a plus.

When you submit your bid, attach a concise but detailed project proposal outlining:
• how you approach document clean-up and style consistency
• any relevant tools or macros you rely on
• your estimated turnaround time for an average 10-page file

That proposal will help me gauge fit before we move forward. Once hired, I will share a small sample file so you can demonstrate your formatting approach; if it meets the mark, the remaining batch will be released in milestones.
