Text Dataset Entry from Word

I have a collection of Word documents that must be converted into clean, machine-readable text for an upcoming machine-learning project. Your task is to open each file, copy only the body text (no headers, footers, or page numbers), and paste it into the template I supply—one document per row—inside a Google Sheet.

Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks must match the original exactly so the training data stays reliable. I will share a small sample first; once it looks perfect we will proceed with the rest of the set. Let me know how many Word files you can comfortably process in a day and any tools you prefer for text extraction or proofreading.
