Text Data Entry from Printouts

I need text data from a stack of printed documents typed accurately into a digital file. Every word, heading, and paragraph break must match the source pages exactly, so careful attention to detail is essential.

Scope of work
• Read each printed page and enter the text verbatim.
• Proof-read your own entries to reach at least 99 % accuracy.
• Supply the finished content in a single, clean file—Word, Excel, or plain text is fine as long as the formatting stays consistent.
• Name and order the files so they correspond to the original document sequence.

You may use an OCR tool to speed things up if you like, but you must manually review and correct the output.
