Text Data Entry From Files

I have a straightforward data-entry task that involves copying text from existing digital files into a clean, editable format. Accuracy and consistent formatting are my priorities because the information will feed directly into our internal knowledge base.

Everything you need is already digitised, so you won’t have to decipher poor scans. However, there is also a small add-on: fewer than 50 pages of handwritten notes that must be typed up to match the same style as the digital content.

You’ll deliver one consolidated file (Word or Google Docs—whichever you prefer) that is:
• free of typos and extra spaces
• laid out exactly as the source, with headings, bullet points and paragraph breaks retained
• ready for me to search, copy or export without additional cleanup
