This task is an audit of an examination center which will require you to check if the security standards are met. You MUST HAVE fluent English skills able to communicate in a professional manner, smart, and well presented as you will be representing the company during the audit.
As an auditor, you will arrive at the test center an hour before the start of the exam, present your ID, show a letter of authorisation, which we will provide for you beforehand, and explain what you're about to do. You will then sit with the TCA or the manager and ask a series of questions, and ask to see various things.
The audit itself is very simple and easy, as we give you the form and you only have to ask the TCA/manager all the questions exactly as they are written and take a few pictures.
