Tender Finder
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
We’re a Sydney-based company offering audio visual installations, LED video walls, digital signage, video conferencing systems, meeting room setups, general electrical services, and communications infrastructure (data cabling, racks, patch panels, etc.).
We’re looking for a freelancer to find active and upcoming tenders, RFPs, and project opportunities in Australia related to:
• AV installations and meeting room technology
• Video conferencing systems (Logitech, Poly, Yealink, etc.)
• LED walls and digital signage projects
• General commercial electrical work
• Structured cabling and communications infrastructure
Your task will be to regularly monitor and identify relevant tenders from sources such as:
• AusTender, TenderLink, VendorPanel, EstimateOne, BCI Central, Procore
• Local council, education, health, and government procurement portals
• Construction project databases and job opportunity platforms
Ideal freelancer:
• Has experience in tender sourcing (AV, electrical, comms, or construction preferred)
• Can deliver organized summaries or reports of opportunities
• Bonus if familiar with Australian tendering platforms
