I have a batch of 50–100 online forms that must be completed quickly and with great care. Each form contains fields in both English and Telugu, so fluent typing in these two languages is essential. The information will be provided in an organized spreadsheet; your job is to transfer it into the corresponding web forms without introducing errors or omissions.
Speed matters—I expect a steady pace of around 40 WPM or better—yet accuracy is even more important. Anything under 99 % correctness will be returned for revision. Once every ten forms, I would like a brief status screenshot or short screencast so I can verify consistency before you move on.
Deliverables
• All assigned online forms fully submitted and confirmed
• A final log (Excel or Google Sheet) showing submission timestamps and any notes on fields that needed clarification
• A short wrap-up message summarizing challenges, if any, and confirming that every form was accepted by the system
