Technical Data Entry

We are a procurement company operating in the Energy sector. Most of our clients are in the Oil & Gas & mining space. We are looking for a full-time employee looking for a long-term commitment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding our product requirement and cross-checking it with the supplier’s quotes. As such, the candidate must have the following:
1. Engineering and Technical background
2. Fluent in English
3. Competent in Math/metrics
4. Computer literate
5. Procurement experience a bonus

The candidate would be required to identify discrepancies, flag them to our attention, and rectify/remedy the situation where possible. Possible scenarios could be:
1. we requested SS items, but the supplier quoted CS
2. We request 30 Units of 300Ml size, but the supplier quoted for 30 Units of .25ML
30 * 300Ml = 9000ML. 250ML * 30 = 7500ML, not enough to meet our requirements. We would need 36
units of .25L

The successful candidate would then be required to communicate the discrepancy, resolve it with the supplier, and upload the quote onto the system.
The successful candidate would be required to:
1. Work from Home
2. Work during BST (British Standard Time) 10 – 6 pm (some flexibility available)
3. Have steady Internet and Power (electricity)
4. Dual Screen setup or a Large screen Monitor (21 Inches+)


Full training provided.
