Teaching Assignments

I make teaching assignments for faculty of a school of architecture. Right now, I need to maintain those assignments on separate sheets "by faculty" and "by course." I would like to be able to link the two sheets so that editing one automatically edits the other, while maintaining the basic organization and structure of each sheet, and ability to sort the sheets by term, faculty, etc. I am attaching a couple of screenshots of the two sheets. The final sheets list 252 courses and around 100 faculty.
