US K-12 Teacher Email Database Compilation

I need someone to gather 250,000 verified and up-to-date K-12 Teacher email addresses from US public schools' websites, in 28 specific provided U.S. states and specifically provided districts. This will most likely take a team of workers because it is a manual lookup project requiring the worker to visit each public school district website to read and copy the emails of the teachers. I will provide you with a list of the states and the school districts to lookup. Milestone 1 Deliverable: 80,000 emails from around 10 states on our list within 5 days by Wed 3/26/25; Milestone 2 Deliverable: Next 80,000 emails from the next 10 states due five days later by 3/31/25; Milestone 3 Deliverable: The last 90,000 from the last 8 states will be due 5 days later by 4/5/25. Total time projected: 15 days in 3 batches. Some teams may be able to deliver it sooner. The delivered project will be an Excel chart with bottom tabs by state (we provide Excel) populated with 3 columns: 1) Teacher email, 2) School District Name, and 3) School Name.

Key Requirements:
- Populate our Excel document with one tab per state (states already filled in), filled with the collected email addresses.
- Use only school district websites as the source for the email addresses.

Ideal Skills:

- Experience in data collection and web research.
