Tally Prime Daily Accounts Expert or Data Entry Needed

I run a growing service-based business that processes roughly 50–200 transactions every day, and I rely on Tally Prime for all bookkeeping. I’m looking for an experienced accountant who can log in remotely each day, record every sale, purchase, receipt and payment, and keep the ledgers perfectly up to date.

Accuracy matters just as much as speed because GST compliance is critical for us. You’ll be raising GST-compliant invoices (CGST, SGST, IGST as applicable), maintaining the corresponding ledgers, and ensuring input-tax credits flow through correctly. At month-end I expect a clean bank reconciliation so that Tally matches the statement to the last rupee, followed by a concise set of financial reports.

Deliverables I will review every month:
• All daily vouchers entered and properly classified in Tally Prime
• Bank Reconciliation Statement fully matched
• Ageing summaries for debtors and creditors
• GST ledgers balanced and ready for return filing
• Monthly financial package (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow)
