I need reliable help getting a large volume of inventory records moved into, cleaned up, and kept current inside my Microsoft Access database. All of the source information already exists in other databases, so the job is less about gathering data and more about extracting, validating, and importing it with perfect accuracy.
Here is what the work looks like day-to-day:
• Pull inventory fields from the external systems I’ll give you access to.
• Check every record for accuracy and consistency (part numbers, descriptions, stock levels, cost codes, etc.).
• Import or paste the validated data into my Access tables, maintaining relationships and key constraints so nothing breaks.
• Run quick spot checks after each batch to be sure totals and look-ups still align with the master data.
• Flag any discrepancies or duplicate items immediately so I can resolve them on the spot.
You should already feel comfortable navigating Microsoft Access—queries, forms, table design, and basic VBA macros—because that is where most of the work happens. If you are also familiar with common ETL or data-migration tools, that’s a bonus but not mandatory.
