System developer - moving company - estimate builder
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
The system would be only used by me. It would allow me to enter in simple customer details (name, phone number, email), and than enter in the item and furniture list. I would designate each of these items with a value (say 1-80), and each value represents the size of the item. After inputting all the items, it would calculate how many values gathered total and convert that into a percent (the overall 100% would be say 1000).
From that I need to produce an estimate for the customer, it would be best if the items inputted would produce on the estimate along with the customer details. On top of that, I would like to be able to enter in a few other categories that also show up on the customers estimate. Below they are listed.
1) Estimated hours
2) Fuel
3) Supplies
Lastly, it would need to calculate these added items with a total $ amount (and add tax), example below:
1) 8.25 hours at $150/hr = $1237.50 +tax
2) $50 fuel
3) $30 supplies
TOTAL (includes 13% tax)= $1,488.78
If the estimate could produce a PDF file that would be ideal, which I would download and send to the customers email seperately.
