Surgical Case Logging Specialist Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
As a surgical resident with a massive hard copy logbook of approximately 1900-2000 cases, I’m in need of someone who can accurately transfer this information into an online database.
The information to be included for each case are as follows:
- Patient's name
- Date of the procedure
- Type of procedure
- Hospital site
- Surgeon's name
- My level of involvement in the case (%)
- Age of the patient
- Type of injury or condition
The ideal candidate for this work would have impeccable attention to detail and a strong understanding of medical procedures and terminologies. Prior experience in medical documentation, data entry or health information management would be greatly beneficial. You must also be comfortable handling sensitive personal information and maintain strict confidentiality. Accuracy and efficiency are key.
