Student Lead Generation & Sales Closing

Project Overview
We are hiring freelancers for a student lead generation and sales closing project. The goal is to connect with B.Tech students who passed out in 2025, are currently unplaced, and are interested in starting a career in IT by joining professional training programs.
You can either provide qualified leads or take it a step further by closing the sale yourself. Compensation will vary based on your involvement.

Shikshanas is an IT software training company that empowers fresh graduates and job seekers with the skills needed to start a successful career in software development and IT. We offer job-oriented training, career guidance, and placement support.
Responsibilities
Find and research 2025 B.Tech graduates who are currently unplaced
Identify students interested in joining an IT training program
Submit their contact details in a structured format (Excel/Google Sheet)
Optionally, follow up with leads to explain course benefits and close the sale
Use platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook groups to find relevant candidates
Ensure that all data is verified and authentic
Requirements
Experience in student outreach, lead generation, or education sales
Ability to access and engage with online student communities and job seeker groups
Excellent communication skills
Basic spreadsheet knowledge
Self-motivated and results-driven
Compensation
₹4,000 per confirmed admission (if you close the sale)
₹40 per verified lead (interested but not yet enrolled, we handle follow-up and closing)
Trial Phase
The first assignment will be to deliver 20 leads for quality assessment
If your trial is successful, long-term work will be offered

This is not a fixed-salary job. Payment is performance-based based on lead quality or sale conversions
