Store students data on spreadsheet

I am a teacher. These days I'm doing online classes. I need to store my students data on a excel sheet. The details are about name , address, subject, phone number... I'll send data for you to enter for ms excel. Youhave to create a table and store the data . You have to enter the phone number 100% accurately because it us very important for me.
