Store my students data on spreadsheet

I'm conducting a private extra class and I'll keeping students records in a exercise book. I'm teaching for grade 6-11 students and my subject is history. All around there is more that 80+ students are studying at my extra class. Now I need to store their records on a spreadsheet. The data is about students Id , name , address, telephone number, date of birth, school... you have to store the data correctly and clearly. I'll send all the details after selecting you.
