Stock control

I would like a Google sheets made up so I can check stock control I would like it to have a minimum and maximum a total and amount used this would be for parts so I would also have part ids added in
It would be a simple sheet so if the minimum was 5 and maximum was 10 if a part was used so so there would be 9 I would like it to say -1 so we know to order a part but also adding the amount used in total so at the end of the year I could check how much was spent
