VB Stat TrendLine

I need an app that would allow you to keep track of Volleyball Stats as well as create a line graph that changes as each point is scored. 0 Would be a tied score, Anything above 0 is me winning the game and anything below 0 is us losing the game. Downward slopes is the other team scoring and positive slopes would be us scoring. Each change on the graph would tell you who caused the point and what they did. Attached is an example of us winning a game. Does not need to be overly decorated just functional. Containing basic Volleyball stats. The ability to add a minimum of 12 players.
