Sports Card Grading Inventory

I am looking to keep tracking of my sports card submissions on google sheets. I have a drop down menu on the possible grades. I am looking to have each selection be indivually totaled into another cell. I.E., if I select (10) four times, the total should show up as 4 instead of 40. I am looking to do that for 3 individual drop down selections
I also am looking for a formula for when I automatically enter a card title into a column, it automatically updates the card totals. So when I add cards from B12 through B16, the total comes up as 5.
