Some updates for woocom for products and WPML

I need to be done such things in my woocom page:
Version 1.
-I have more than 25.000 products from many suppliers. I need to update product list with new catalog. but it should be done in following way- we update with new products, we delete products which are not any more for this supplier, and we have to know which new products didnt add product correctly or didnt addd at all, because there was no such category or subcategory.
If that is not possible, than version 2:
-update with new products, add new supplier products.
And make auto translation for some categories.
You have to offer full solution and fully worked result.
You also should make short video how to make updates with product and add new products, so that we can do that later our self.
