Social Media Marketing & Admin Support -- 2

The immediate priority is a consistent, engaging social-media presence that turns followers into customers. I’ll hand you the keys to my Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts so you can plan, create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and track performance in a simple weekly report. Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite or a comparable tool is fine—use whatever helps you keep the feed on brand and on time.

Alongside the marketing work, I need light but regular administrative assistance. Two tasks matter here: keeping my CRM and spreadsheets current through accurate data entry, and staying on top of the shared inbox so customers never wait more than 24 hours for a reply. I’ll provide templates and a clear tagging system; you keep everything organised.

Deliverables each week
• 5–7 social posts (graphics + captions) scheduled and live
• A short performance snapshot (reach, engagement, next-step ideas)
• Inbox cleared and flagged emails answered or routed
• Updated data sheets with zero missing fields
