Social Media & Data VA for Coaching -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant (VA) to help with various tasks related to my coaching business. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker and will have strong skills in social media management, data mining, and customer support.
We are looking to pay on a project basis not hourly this would be about 15 hrs max weekly.
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS FROM 7:30PM - 8:30PM CST (LIVE MASTERCLASS)
LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH IT WILL BE WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY
(3-DAY EVENT)
AND
FRIDAY @ 3PM- 4PM (WEEKLY MEETING)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling data mining and research: I need someone to assist in researching various topics that pertain to my work as a speaker and coach.
- Customer support: You'll also be responsible for providing basic customer support, responding to general inquiries and forwarding more complex issues to me.
- Social Media e-mailing: I need someone who can assist in managing my social media accounts, specifically Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.
Hours:
- I anticipate needing your assistance for less than 14 hours per week.
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in data mining, research, and customer support.
- Experience in social media management, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
