Smartphone Asset Tagging Entry

I need help cataloguing a batch of physical assets via smartphone. Each item already carries a QR code; your task is to scan that code, then capture and key-in the accompanying details I provide on the spot: serial number, short description, current location, working status, responsible person’s name, and quantity.

You will feed everything into a clean spreadsheet (or Airtable/Google Sheet if you prefer) with each field clearly separated so the file can be imported straight into our asset-management system afterward. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, so double-checking each entry is expected before you mark a record complete.

I’ll supply the asset list, the template, and any clarifications up front. As long as you have a modern Android or iOS phone with a reliable QR-scanner app, you’re set. When the sheet is finished and spot-checked for errors, the job is done.
