Skip Trace Clients by Essential Personal Info

I am in USA. I have a list of about 5400 leads. I have full name, date of birth. I also have older information, which includes address, drivers license, telephone number, which is often quite old and outdated.

I want to get the newest postal address for these leads (I dont need telephone number or other data).

You should have experience in this area.
