The ideal candidate will possess experience in data collection and market research, along with excellent communication skills. This initial phase involves identifying and reaching out to truck owners to obtain vital data, specifically regarding transportation flows from coal mines to end users or final transporters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and compile a comprehensive list of side dump truck owners in Wyoming.
• Reach out to truck owners via phone, email, or alternative communication methods.
• Collect and verify information, including truck types, usage, ownership details, and other relevant data.
• Analyse the transportation flow from coal mines to end users or final transporters.
• Organize and present the collected data in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in data collection, market research, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data management tools.
• Familiarity with the trucking industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with or within the trucking industry.
• An established network of contacts in Wyoming.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
