Short-Term Remote Assistant Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in the middle of a relocation and juggling several job opportunities, so I need a steady remote hand for the next few weeks to keep my inbox, calendar, and files organised. Everything happens inside Google Workspace—Gmail, Calendar and Drive—so you should already be comfortable with labels, shared folders and time-zone management.
Strong, concise written communication is critical because nearly all updates and instructions will come through email or chat.
Scope of work / expected deliverables
• Respond promptly to new messages using the templates I provide
• Maintain a tidy Drive folder structure for relocation and job-search documents
• Book and reschedule calls in Calendar without clashes across three time zones
• Light data entry in shared Sheets to track applications and moving tasks
• Daily email management: flag priorities, archive resolved threads, keep the inbox at zero
The assignment is short-term—about 5-10 hours per week for two to three weeks—but if everything runs smoothly there is room to extend after the move.
When you reply, please share a brief overview of similar coordination work you have handled, your typical working hours (in GMT or your own time zone), and any questions that will help you get started quickly. I value reliability, attention to detail and proactive communication, and I’m excited to collaborate with someone who brings those qualities to the table.
