Shopify VA for Baby Monitors Dropshipping Store / Product Research

I'm looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) or e-commerce specialist to help build and expand my Shopify store focused on baby monitors and accessories. I already have about 30 baby monitor products added by a developer, but I need help sourcing reliable suppliers for them and expanding the inventory with more trending items. This is too much for me to handle alone, so I'm seeking someone efficient and knowledgeable in dropshipping.
Key Tasks:

Source Suppliers for Existing Products:
Review the 30 existing baby monitor products in my Shopify store (I'll provide access).
Locate and verify wholesalers/suppliers for each one. Prioritize USA-based suppliers or Chinese suppliers with USA warehouses for fast shipping (2-7 days to US customers).
Use platforms like Zendrop, Spocket, AliExpress, Oberlo, SaleHoo, or direct supplier outreach.
Provide a report with supplier details: name, location, pricing, MOQs (minimum order quantities), shipping times, reliability ratings, and integration options (e.g., if they support dropshipping apps).
If better alternatives exist, suggest replacements or optimizations.

Add More Trending Baby Accessories:
Research and curate 50-100 trending baby accessories (e.g., baby monitors, pacifiers, bottle warmers, baby gates, strollers, crib mobiles, teething toys, diaper bags – focus on high-demand, electronic/smart items if possible).
Source from USA suppliers or Chinese ones with USA warehouses to minimize shipping delays.
Import/add them to my Shopify store using dropshipping tools (e.g., Zendrop, DSers, or similar). Include:
High-quality images, optimized descriptions, SEO-friendly titles/tags.
Pricing with good margins (suggest markups).
Variants (sizes, colors) where applicable.

Ensure all products comply with US safety standards (e.g., CPSC for baby items).


Requirements:

Proven experience with Shopify, dropshipping, and supplier sourcing (please share examples of past stores you've built or managed).
Familiarity with tools like Zendrop, Spocket, AliExpress, or similar.
Strong research skills for finding trending products (use tools like Google Trends, Amazon Best Sellers, or e-commerce analytics).
Attention to detail for product listings (no typos, engaging descriptions).
Ability to work independently and provide weekly updates.
Bonus: Knowledge of baby products niche or e-commerce marketing.

Project Details:

Timeline: 1-2 weeks for initial sourcing and additions (flexible for ongoing work).
This could turn into ongoing VA work if it goes well (e.g., managing orders, customer service).
