Shopify Store Virtual Assistant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Ongoing day-to-day management of my Shopify store is the core need here, with the emphasis squarely on product listing and inventory control. I handle marketing and customer‐facing tasks myself, so your remit is everything behind the scenes that keeps products live, accurate, and in stock.
Key deliverables:
• Upload new SKUs quickly through the Shopify admin (CSV import or manual entry, whichever suits the product).
• Keep titles, descriptions, images, and prices perfectly aligned with supplier updates.
• Track stock levels, flag low inventory, and initiate re-order requests before items run out.
• Maintain collection organization so customers always find the right variants.
Fluency with Shopify’s dashboard, bulk editor, and common apps such as Stocky, Oberlo/DSers, or similar inventory plug-ins is essential. Reliability is more important than speed; I need someone who will log in daily, catch discrepancies, and leave clear admin notes so I can see what changed and why.
