Shopify Product Upload Specialist Needed

I am looking for a reliable Shopify Product Upload Specialist for long-term daily work.
Your job will be to publish new products on my Shopify store using a clean, consistent structure.

All product images and information will be provided.

Your Responsibilities:

You will:

Upload product photos to Shopify in the correct order

Add product titles (provided)

Add product descriptions (provided)

Add variants, prices, and options

Add collections / tags

Make the product live on the site

This is simple work but must be done accurately.

How we work together (important):

All communication and task tracking happens inside Asana.

You will receive tasks inside Asana.
Each product = 1 task.

You must:

Open your assigned task

Download the images from Google Drive

Upload the product into Shopify

Change the Asana task status to “Ready for Review”

Leave a short comment in the task when finished (e.g. “Product uploaded”)

Move the task to the correct column in the board

This keeps everything organized and ensures a clean workflow.

Good communication in Asana is important — no WhatsApp or DMs.

Workload:

Around 5 products per day (Monday–Friday)

Long-term collaboration

Stable workflow

Daily updates in Asana required

I prefer someone consistent, organized, and fast.

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify product uploads

Basic Google Drive knowledge

Very good attention to detail

Fast communication

Must be comfortable working inside Asana

Ready to start immediately.
