Shopify Product Data Entry
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I will grant you secure log-ins to both our Shopify store (heartlandamish.com) and the Viztech Furniture aggregator (Viztechfurniture.com) so you can migrate more than 1,000 Amish-built furniture items into the site. Each listing must mirror the layout already in place on our store and be slotted into the correct collection so shoppers enjoy a consistent browsing experience.
Descriptions need to be detailed and specification-rich, not just marketing blurbs. Every product must clearly show the following key attributes:
• Material type
• Dimensions
For imagery, upload multiple high-resolution angles per item, setting the most engaging shot as the featured photo and preserving Viztech’s original order whenever possible.
Because we’ll be paying a fixed rate per completed listing, accuracy and speed both matter. I’ll review batches weekly, release payment, and then open the next block of SKUs until the catalogue is finished. If anything in a batch doesn’t follow our template, you’ll have a chance to adjust it before that week’s approval.
Tools at your disposal: Shopify’s bulk editor, Viztech’s data feed, and our existing product pages for reference. If you already use Excel/CSV import or Shopify apps to streamline image uploads and variant creation, feel free to do so as long as the end result matches our live listings.
Once onboard, you’ll receive:
• Admin access credentials
• Category mapping sheet
• A short style guide outlining the exact format for specs, pricing, and SEO tags
Deliver the first 25 products within 48 hours so we can confirm everything lines up, then proceed in agreed-upon weekly volumes.
