Shopify Data Entry Team Needed - 15,000 Products (Matrixify / Ablestar Experience Required)
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
This is NOT a basic data entry job. We need a team with strong experience in Shopify product structure, bulk imports, and handling messy supplier data.
**Scope of Work:**
* Extract product data from supplier PDFs and websites
* Structure and clean data for Shopify import
* Create product listings including:
* Titles
* Descriptions (clean, readable, ecommerce-ready)
* Specifications
* Variants (size, voltage, etc.)
* Tags and collections
* Prepare and import via Matrixify or Ablestar
* Upload and map product images
* Ensure SKU accuracy and consistency
**Tools & Experience Required (Mandatory):**
* Strong experience with Shopify product uploads
* Experience with Matrixify OR Ablestar Bulk Product Editor
* Experience working with bulk CSV imports
* Familiar with using Claude or similar AI tools for structured data extraction
* Ability to handle large datasets (10,000+ products)
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with metafields
* Experience with product categorisation and tagging strategies
* Basic understanding of SEO-friendly product descriptions
**Project Details:**
* Total Products: ~15,000
* Ongoing work possible for the right team
* We will start with a paid test batch (20–50 products)
