Shopify - Building Fanshops for Apparel Company

Building Fan Shops for a custom apparel company. Company is rapidly growing and I am getting too busy to build the fan shops on Shopify. I am more interested in growing the company. Main part of the job is duplicating items, making modifications by cropping images and assigning to the appropriate fanshop. I can send a file with graphics and a list of items you can search in the products page to duplicate.
