Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Adherence to Regulations: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company is in strict compliance with the established regulations in the healthcare industry. This will involve a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and meticulous monitoring of our operations to ascertain adherence.
- Conducting Internal Audits: The candidate will be tasked with conducting regular, thorough internal audits. The goal is to identify areas where we may be falling short of compliance standards, and to recommend and implement corrective measures.
- Identifying Compliance Risks: The candidate will also be required to proactively identify potential compliance risks for the company. This will involve a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the ability to foresee potential areas of concern.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior audit compliance position, ideally within the healthcare industry.
