What you need to do:
1. Collect a fresh base of contacts from such sites as indeed, ziprecruiter, careerbuilder, monster.com (contacts must be fresh, 5-10 days placement).
2. Make a mailing list (text letters provided) on the collected contacts with an offer of work.
3. Collect the responses of those contacts who will respond to a mailing list. (The contact should respond to the letter and attach a resume, we pay only for the responses with a resume).
