Send Upwork proposals on a commission basis and make flashcards for my studies

I'm a medical student and freelancer/entrepreneur looking for a business expert or virtual assistant to help me earn money along with my studies.

There are 2 main categories in which you will be helping me.

Business:
- Find Graphic design related jobs on different freelance platforms
- Send proposals/bids and close deals
- Communicate with clients and assign work to designers
- The bigger the order you will deal with, the more you earn (you'll get a percentage of the total project amount as commission)

Personal (payment will be hour based):
- Create flashcards using simple copy paste from slides/ppts/pdfs (2-5 hrs work once a month or once 3 months, no. of hours depends upon how quick you are. Task is simple and I'll give an overview on how to do it too)
- Manage a google drive (upload and organize slides)
- Search for products for online shopping
- Other small personal tasks if and when necessary

This is a long-term project, and if you help me expand my business, get a good cash flow and help me save time for my studies and personal life, we'll be working together on more projects with more enormous income prospects.
