Hello,
I am seeking to hire a individuals to complete Secret Shop and Unannounced Audit at our partnering test centers in Chicago
Note: Both the Secret Shop and the Unannounced Audit can be completed consecutively on the same day.
It is important to be respectful. No experience is necessary as we will provide all the information you need.
For the Secret Shop, you will inspect a testing facility by pretending to take a test as a candidate. You will also need to take pictures of the facility, complete certain tasks, and then fill out a report with pictures and details to send to me.
An Unannounced Audit involves inspecting the testing facility without pretending to take an exam. You will inform the staff that you are an auditor, talk to them, gather the necessary information, take required photos, and complete a report to send to me.
As the center require both, after completing the Secret Shop audit, you will announce yourself as an auditor and inspect the testing facility for the Unannounced Audit. You will take pictures of the facility, gather the required details, and fill out a form to send to me.
We will pay maximum of $180 for the completing the Secret Shop and an Unannounced Audit once Report is shared & approved.
Must be:
Detail-oriented,
Able to take pictures of the facility
Read and write in English
Fill out a report in English
Located or willing to travel to the respective city.
