Scraping Products from Onlineshop and import into my Shopify store (8.000 Products)

I am in need of a skilled freelancer who can help me extract all ~8.000 Products from an onlineshop and import them into my Shopify store with ALL data.

SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

- Extracting all products from an existing online shop
- Importing/copying these products into my Shopify store with all variants, documents, images,...
- Use same categories like original website
- Use same filters than original website
- Delete watermark of product PDF files documents

I expect the freelancer to:
- Ensure all product information is correctly ported over like variants, prices, ean/gtin, description, collections, images,...
- Maintain the quality of product listings
- Ensure the product images are not lost during the import
- chose the correct collections/categories and filters

I'm looking to work with someone who has:
- Experience with product extraction and import of shopify and other websites
- Proficiency in Shopify
- Attention to detail
