I'm looking for a freelancer to help me collect email addresses for around 2000 schools for a marketing outreach. The task is straightforward and involves searching for the school's email address online, copying it, and pasting it into a specific column in an Excel file.
The ideal freelancer for this project would have:
- Experience with data entry and online research
- Proficiency in using Excel
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
- Skills in verifying the accuracy of information collected
Task Breakdown:
1. Search for the school’s email address online (using Google or similar).
2. Copy the email address you find and paste it into a specific column in the Excel file, corresponding to the school’s name.
3. Additionally, please collect and input the name of the school from the website.
Any email domain is acceptable for this project, and the data entry does not require you to avoid generic domains like Gmail or Yahoo. However, you will be asked to prioritize official school domains.
