School Course Selection and Schedule System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Students Course selection webform and submission to database.
I have around 700 students (i.e., G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, and G6)

They will need to select from 11 courses, 7 periods per day. Some courses will account for 2 periods, I want all students class, name, seat number, or their serial number to be used as web login credentials before selection.
Teachers like me will be able to view and print all students course selection, which is like sample below

I also want to view the results in the form of course timetable (i.e., teachers will be able to see who take certain courses by clicking the course title

I want to view the submission time. so that I will be able to accept those registered early If students number are more than course number limit,.
In short.
I want to query the two databases (i.e., 01 **Course Selection and 02 Students Class Timetable**)
and cross reference tables in both database
For example, list students in class 301 that select **02籃球 Basketball(2 periods)**
, list all students **Class Timetable, or list all students that select 04 iPad Dream(2 period) according to registration time**
Lastly I would like students info can be shown as a QR Code, then given to each students. In order to allow subject teachers to take attendance by scanning individual QR Codes
